Stephen Cass
Yale University - BA Economics and Sociology
The Ohio State University - MBA Athletic Administration and Finance

Stephen is a former All-American soccer player who was captain and leading scorer of Yale's nationally ranked soccer team. He spent over three decades in sports administration leadership roles, included managing and planning facilities for numerous prep schools, universities, cities and Major League Soccer. In addition, his extensive finance background includes managing finances for a worldwide apparel company, a Big Ten athletic department, as well as public and private schools.

Having managed large athletic facilities and various projects at the prep school and university level, Stephen gained experience, along with frustration, working as a public school athletic director and regional school business manager. This led to the establishment of SC-Sporting and his mission to provide schools and towns with practical facility planning while managing political, fiscal, and operational inefficiencies that derail most public section athletic facility projects.

His goal for every project: Get A+ facilities for B- money...and get it done in a timely manner! Â
