Master Athletic Campus Planning
This is our specialty - planning school and townwide athletic and recreation facilities in a logic, fiscally responsible manner. Engineers and Landscape Architects are not athletic experts. Towns need athletic management expertise that blends facility, financial, political, and turf management knowledge.
2
Ongoing Maintenance
Most schools and towns don't need millions of dollars or improvements. They simply need to take better care of their existing facilities. We work between and with town agencies to make sure all facilities are well-maintained and fields are used and rotated properly.

Natural Turf Solutionas
Our group of turf experts ensure that fields are receiving the proper annual care and kept in the best possible condition. We combine the expertise of staff agronomists with decades of experience in turf management with athletic facility management knowledge to create a custom ongoing maintenance plan that works for each community.Â

Managing Politics
Most projects are derailed by having 'too many cooks in the kitchen' - too many conflicting opinions that get in the way of progress. You have the DPW, Recreation Commission, high school athletic department, recreation director, town facility department, and other town departments tied up in knots. We manage all these public inefficiencies so to prioritize what changes are most important.
5
Financial Expertise
We have decades of experience in finance and budgeting in the university and municipal sectors. Don't waste money. We provide creative, cost-effective solutions to make the most of your every dollar. Create an A+ project for B- money!
