SPORT-SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

The difference between a great athletic facility project and an average one are 100's of little details. We get these right - and turn your municipal facilities into sharp private-looking ones.

'THIRD SPACE' EXPERTISE

What you design off the field or court is as important as the athletic part. Make your public facility look like a private one.

REURPOSING EXISTING FACILITIES

We find cost-effective ways to repurpose existing facilities. Make the most of what you have without in the most fiscally efficient way possible.

PICKLEBALL

Get it done right the first time. Eliminate potential noise problems, legal battles, or other issues that are all too prevalent with pickle.

TENNIS VENUES

The difference between private facilities and mediocre public ones if usually planning, not cost. Make yours great!

TURF vs. GRASS

Artificial turf can be a great addition to a community. We manage the upfront politics, fiscal realities, and other issues which derail projects.

STADIUM PLANNING

We take the best elements of stadiums from the US and Europe to make your main athletic venue the showpiece of your community.
